- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from market fluctuations, technical issues, or third-party actions
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade Future, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or any applicable law
- You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- We suspect unauthorized access to your account
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
- You fail to pay any fees or charges when due
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data, subject to our legal obligations.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.
